New announcements from WB games will be held during DC FanDome in August
DC FanDome, a Warner Bros. digital event that will be held on August 22, will be a “free virtual fan experience where no badge is required” that will host “new announcements from WB Games, Film and TV, and comics,”.
Will this finally be the event where the new Batman and Harry Potter titles are to be revealed?
According to the official press release, “The DC FanDome is the place to hear highly anticipated announcements and the latest news, see exclusive footage, and venture into themed worlds designed to entertain everyone from movie and TV superfans to gamers and readers, to families and kids.”
Rumors have been circulating about an upcoming Batman title from WB Montreal and various leaks of a Harry Potter game. A new Rocksteady project has also been talked about, so this could round up the trio of reveals that WB Games was hoping to reveal during E3, as reported by VGC.
With the cancellation of E3, supposedly the game event where announcements would make the biggest impact, it would make sense that the game reveals would now take place during FanDome, which you can learn more about in their official website and through the various social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
