Check out the whole suite of accessories for the PlayStation 5

Sony have updated their official PlayStation 5 accessories section, giving us a closer look at all of the extra hardware that will accompany the PS5 console when it launches later in the year.

DualSense

A 360 look at the DualSense indeed confirms that the controller has no back buttons, and highlights a clean design that players can look forward to. Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers will be the stars of the show, but also included in the DualSense are the built in microphone and headset jack along with a USB Type-C 4 connection.

An interesting tidbit that is mentioned is that the DualSense controllers will support updates, as mentioned in the footnote of the page. “Always update your PS5 system software and the wireless controller device software to the latest version.”, implying that the DualSense can possibly have more features or game specific settings, more that what it already has.

Pulse 3D Wireless Headset

The Pulse 3D Wireless Headset is powered by the Tempest 3D AudioTech and will feature dual hidden microphones and easy access controls that allow the user to tweak settings on the fly. It will also include a wireless adapter and that allows for 12 hours of use along with 3.5mm jack for players who prefer wired use.

Media Remote

The PS5 Media Remote will give users the convenience to browse the PlayStation 5 through dedicated media playback controls and a seamless integration with the PlayStation 5 and compatible TV sets.

HD Camera

Lastly, the PS5 HD camera will feature dual wide angle lenses for 1080p capture and seamless integration with the Create button from the DualSense.

The PlayStation 5 and accompanying accessories will launch in the Holiday of 2020. No price has been specified yet.
