Yakuza: Like a Dragon release date set for November 13
Sega has announced that the western release date for Yakuza: Like A Dragon will be on November 13 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. There is no word on a next-gen release date yet but the Xbox Series X will have it as a launch title while the PlayStation 5 will have it at a later date.
The announcement comes with a wacky trailer, staying true to how wildly outrageous Like a Dragon is taking the series, employing RPG-like mechanics with a job system and turn based combat.
A previous listing on the Microsoft store put the release date at November 13 and now it has been confirmed. The Xbox Series X will be launching sometime in November, so it wouldn’t be too long for the next-gen version to come. Xbox Players can take advantage of Smart Delivery for Yakuza: Like a Dragon while the PlayStation 4 to 5 upgrade path is still being planned.
In our initial demo gameplay of Yakuza: Like a Dragon, we were completely amused and bedazzled by its off-the-rails execution, excited at the prospect of this RPG transformed installment.
