After what seemed to be a long wait between updates, Capcom finally drops a huge announcement in the form of Sunbreak, the first paid expansion for Monster Hunter Rise, that is scheduled for a Summer 2022 release.

Announced during the recently concluded Nintendo Direct, this”massive” expansion is set to bring in “new stories, locales, monsters, hunting actions & quest rank.”

More details about this expansion will be shown at the Capcom Online Program on September 30, 2021.
