2K has announced that both Diana Taurasi And Sue Bird will grace the cover of the WNBA Edition of NBA 2K23, which is scheduled to release on September 9, 2022.

Both athletes share a combined 7 championships and 10 gold medals, elevating them to legendary status as two of the best to ever step on the WNBA court.

This announcement comes just after the reveal of Michael Jordan as the cover athlete for the aptly named Michael Jordan edition and the Championship edition, both featuring the legendary player that transformed the sport and gave it worldwide recognition.
