Touring Tokyo with the Realme 11 Pro + 5G Smartphone

The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G smartphone was recently launched in the Philippines and has been a hot topic in the tech community thanks to its whopping 200MP main shooter and of course, its stunning back leather display. Its triple camera setup and specs made it the perfect partner for our event coverages, particularly Tokyo Game Show 2023 and Thailand Game Show 2023. As most people say, the best camera you have is something that you can bring, and in our case, that’s the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G smartphone. In this article, we’ll share the smartphone’s incredible versatility through different photos of TGS 2023 coverage including some behind-the-scenes and touristy pictures.

Superb Lowlight Performance

If you’ve been to gaming conventions then you’d know that its common for booths to have very dim lighting as gamers and convention goers get to focus on the screen. The dim lighting by a brand is by choice to mimic the “gamer inside his/her playing at night” feels and to draw the con-goers to whatever the light is focused on. Taking shots of these booths is extremely hard especially if we want to focus on something that isn’t properly lit. That’s where the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G comes in. We were honestly impressed with its low-light photos. We didn’t even use night mode as we had to move faster and there was little to no noise or grain despite the harsh lighting conditions.

Long Battery Life

The 6.7″ form factor of the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G is able to house a large 5,000mAh battery with 100W SUPERVOOC charging support. Paired with the efficient Mediatek Dimensity 7050 chipset and we were able to get a whole working day’s battery life. We never had to worry about sacrificing potential good shots to save up on battery life for the day. In the case where we actually needed to charge, the 100W SUPERVOOC saves our day by juicing it up to almost full in a matter of minutes. Here’s a sample screenshot of our usage in a day.

Versatile Camera Setup – Tourist Photos

What makes our overseas coverage special is that we get to tour around the streets of Tokyo and Bangkok right after out coverage. As mentioned earlier, the best camera is the one that you carry around so we’re very much happy with our point-and-shoot shots using the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G

Eyecatching Design

The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G is undeniably one of the best-looking smartphones released this 2023. So much that it’s an instant head-turner the moment I whip out the smartphone and start taking pictures. We noticed it especially in Japan as the brand has no presence in the country so a lot of people were curious that they would even approach us and ask about the phone – a great way for us to make Tomodachi (friends)! With its stunning design, it was easier for us to take photos of the cosplayers at both events as they were easily attracted and curious about the smartphone. So, here are some bonus shots of the cosplayers we encountered at Tokyo and Thailand Game Shows.
