Honkai Star Rail v2.1 Update Coming March 27
HoYoverse has announced that Honkai Star Rail v2.1 Update, entitled “Into the Yawning Chasm,” launches on March 27.
Upon the launch of Version 2.1, players can log in to Honkai Star Rail and take part in the events to receive up to 20 Star Rail Special Passes, 1,600 Stellar Jades, and other exclusive rewards.
Here are all of the new characters making their debut in the v2.1 update for Honkai Star Rail:
- Acheron is a 5-star character who can accumulate Slashed Dream charges every time she unleashes her Skill. When Slashed Dream recharges a designated amount of charges, Acheron can activate her Ultimate and deliver 4 hits against her enemies, with 3 of those hits targeting single targets and 1 hit damaging all of them.
- Aventurine is another 5-star character whose unique Skill grants allies a stackable shield. Those protected by this Shield accumulate Blind Bet charges whenever attacked. Once Blind Bet reaches a critical count, Aventurine launches a follow-up attack, renewing the Shield for allies. His Ultimate not only grants him Blind Bet but also inflicts a special debuff on enemies. Allies deal increased CRIT DMG when attacking debuffed foes.
- Gallagher is a 4-star character whose ultimate not only deals damage to all enemies but also inflicts special debuffs. Allies benefit from health restoration when attacking debuffed foes, enhancing their combat endurance.
Meanwhile, the 5-star characters Luocha and Jingliu take center stage in the first- and second-phase banners of Version 2.1. These old friends from Xianzhou continue to provide invaluable assistance during the Trailblazers’ journey across Penacony.
Additionally, there will be offline anniversary celebrations in major global cities such as Los Angeles, Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong, Berlin, Paris, and Bangkok, allowing players to experience the fantastical world of Honkai: Star Rail.
