Elden Ring Live-action Movie Confirmed With Alex Garland to Direct for A24

Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has announced that an Elden Ring live-action movie is in the works at A24, with Alex Garland (Civil War, 28 Days Later, Ex Machina) set to direct.

The publisher’s message reads, “We’re truly excited to bring the world of ELDEN RING to fans in a new form, outside the game. “

We’re thrilled to announce that Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. and A24 are teaming up with writer and director Alex Garland to bring FromSoftware Inc.’s world-renowned video game ELDEN RING to life as a live-action film.

Elden Ring Movie Details

To bring the epic game to life, the project will be led by filmmaker Alex Garland as writer and director. The film will be produced by Peter Rice alongside Andrew Macdonald and Allon Reich from DNA, and George R. R. Martin and Vince Gerardis.
