HoYoverse has announced that Genshin Impact Version Luna II, titled “Song of the Welkin Moon: Reprise — An Elegy for Faded Moonlight”, is set to release on October 22.

This major update introduces the long-awaited Miliastra Wonderland, a robust UGC (User-Generated Content) system that empowers players to create, explore, and compete across hundreds of custom-designed Stages.

Genshin Impact – Miliastra Wonderland: A New Era of Creativity

Players who’ve completed Act I of the Archon Quest Prologue can dive into Miliastra Wonderland, a new feature that offers:

• Diverse gameplay modes: Sims management, PvP battles, party games, adventure challenges, and puzzle-solving
• Custom avatars: Fully customizable Manekins with mix-and-match outfit components and preset styles
• Miliastra Sandbox: A powerful editing tool that lets players design their own Stages using terrain modules, item components, character skills, and logic flows

The system also features achievements, leaderboards, and ranking systems to encourage competition and skill mastery. Official tutorials, forums, and incentive programs will support aspiring Craftspeople in building standout content.

New Character – Nefer

Genshin Impact Version Luna II introduces Nefer, a new playable character from the Curatorium of Secrets. As a 5-star Dendro catalyst wielder, Nefer specializes in Lunar-Bloom damage, transforming Verdant Dew into stamina-free Charged Attacks and converting Dendro Cores into Seeds of Deceit for enhanced damage.

Players can also trade intel collected by Nefer at the Adventurers’ Guild to unlock side stories and lore-rich content.

The first half of Version Luna II features Event Wishes for Nefer and a rerun of Furina, while the second half brings back Arlecchino and Zhongli.

Archon Quest Continues in Nod-Krai

The Genshin Impact Luna II update expands the Archon Quest storyline, as players confront the “Rächer of Solnari,” Rerir. Familiar faces return, including:

• Varka, the Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius
• Arlecchino, “The Knave,” and The Marionette from the Fatui Harbingers
• The Damselette, guiding players through new Commissions and seasonal events
