This update brings players back to the Planet of Festivities, Penacony, with a fresh storyline, new events, and the debut of the highly anticipated five-star character Constance “The Dahlia.”

Honkai Star Rail – New Storyline: Penacony’s Hidden Mysteries

Following the conclusion of Amphoreus, the Astral Express shifts its focus to Penacony. This time, the dreamlike world reveals a darker side, with The Dahlia guiding the Trailblazer to recover stolen memories and uncover the truth behind the Dream of Gnawing Oak and The Family’s seat of power.

Players will also experience the narrative through Firefly’s perspective, exploring her past as a Glamoth Iron Cavalry Knight and her journey into the dreamscape.

Meet Constance “The Dahlia”

Constance “The Dahlia” is a five-star character who follows the Path of Nihility, excelling in team compositions that specialize in Break DMG synergy. On the battlefield, she can summon a gloomy Zone that allows allies to trigger Super Break DMG even before an enemy’s Weakness is broken, giving teams a powerful edge in combat.

Adding to her unique playstyle, The Dahlia introduces the Dance Partner mechanic, pairing with an ally to amplify their attacks with additional Break damage. Her Ultimate further enhances this synergy by applying each Dance Partner’s Type Weakness to all enemies, significantly boosting Toughness Reduction and ensuring devastating follow-up attacks.
