Bad Boy Dragon: Build the strongest girl gang in Okinawa

One of the biggest additions to Yakuza Kiwami 3 is Bad Boy Dragon, a large‑scale action mode where Kiryu becomes the unlikely leader of the Haisai Girls, a small biker gang defending Okinawa from the violent Tokyo Night Terrors.

Recruit, train, and command your squads

In this mode, players can:

• Recruit new members through exploration, substories, and minigames
• Build up to 4 squads, each with a leader and four members
• Strengthen allies by upgrading uniforms, bikes, and weapons
• Take on large‑scale battles, including Baddies Battles, Rumbles, and Turf Wars

Familiar faces from past games, including the infamous man‑baby Gondawara, can join your ranks, each with unique abilities.

Meet the new characters

Tsubasa (VA: Anna Yamaki)

The young, fiery boss of the Haisai Girls. A biker at heart but surprisingly law‑abiding, she recruits Kiryu after a chance encounter.

Dawg Boi (VA: Dogma Kazami)

Leader of the Bullet Boyz and a man stuck in the 80s. He’s obsessed with retro bad‑boy culture and might join Kiryu… if you can convince him.

Rumbles, Turf Wars, and massive brawls

Bad Boy Dragon features large‑scale encounters where Kiryu and up to 20 allies take on over 100 enemies at once. Turf Wars introduces motorcycle‑based skirmishes across sprawling maps, complete with drifting, stunts, and base‑taking routes.

Players can also visit the Baddies Shop to purchase upgrades, unlock skills, and even buy outrageous Baddie Weapons like rocket launchers and supercars that plow through enemy lines.

Yakuza Kiwami 3 – Substories return with new faces

Outside the Yakuza Kiwami 3 main story, players can explore Okinawa and Kamurocho through a variety of substories.

A standout addition is Akko‑san (VA: Akiko Wada), one of Japan’s most recognizable entertainers. After meeting Kiryu during a location shoot, she begins inviting him out for drinks and other activities, and she’s surprisingly skilled in combat.

Yakuza Kiwami 3 – Train in Ryukyu Kobujutsu at Miyazato Dojo

Kiryu can train under Miya‑san (VA: Michitaka Kikuchi), owner of Chura Bar and a master of Ryukyu kobujutsu. Players can:

• Learn Ryukyu Style basics
• Take promotion exams
• Unlock secret techniques
• Master traditional Okinawan weapons like the eiku

Dark Ties: Mine enters the Underground Fight Club

The second game in the collection, Dark Ties, focuses on Yoshitaka Mine’s rise from entrepreneur to hardened yakuza.

Hell’s Arena: A brutal underground battleground

Kamurocho’s Hell’s Arena hosts deadly events funded by VIP investors:

• Hellish Brawls – one‑on‑one matches with strict time limits
• Survival Hell – dungeon‑like races where Mine must escape hunters, collect treasures, and defeat bosses

Treasures include:

• Gospels (ability boosts)
• Survival Weapons
• Mercenaries who can fight alongside Mine

At the end of each dungeon awaits one of seven masked master keepers, each with beast‑inspired combat styles.
