Blizzard Entertainment has unveiled The Slayers Reign, a limited-time crossover event where DOOM: The Dark Ages invades Diablo Immortal.

From April 16 to May 13, 2026, players will experience a reimagined Survivor’s Bane mode infused with DOOM’s brutal combat mechanics.

Doom Slayer-Inspired Gameplay

In this limited-time crossover event, players can expect:

• Six unique Slayer skills adapted from DOOM’s arsenal, including shield whirls, devastating strikes, and sustained firepower.
• Cyberdemon boss fight — the Ancient Elder of Hell enters Sanctuary as the ultimate challenge.
• Imps and demonic hordes stalk the battlefield, bringing DOOM’s iconic enemies into Diablo Immortal.

Exclusive Rewards

Players can also earn limited-time rewards during the event:

• The Crucible Legendary Gem — boosts damage and grants Slayer’s Rage.
