HoYoverse has officially revealed Honkai Star Rail Version 4.3, The Lethe Below the Living, arriving June 1, 2026. This update continues the saga of Planarcadia, in which the Trailblazer and the Mortenax Blade each journey into the World in Canvas. Under the looming shadow of Lord Ravager Asat Pramad and the seal of the Aeon Voracity, Blade confronts the finale of his age‑old curse.

At the heart of this chapter lies the divine husk of the Aeon Voracity, presiding over desire and devouring. Blade wagers his fate by borrowing its power to purge the Shuhu within his body, whether this leads to death or rebirth remains unwritten in Elio’s script.

Inkford Hermitage & Graphia’s Debut

Meanwhile, the Trailblazer ventures to Inkford Hermitage to warn Graphia, the “Mother of Imagenesis.” This millennial figure, tied to the Murata family’s Weathering Curse, makes her official debut in Version 4.3. Her presence may shed light on mysteries surrounding the Graphia lineage, Phantasmoon Games, and even Himeko.

Honkai Star Rail New Playable Character: Mortenax Blade

Version 4.3 introduces Mortenax Blade, a 5‑star Fire‑Type Nihility character. Once stricken with mara and bound to the Stellaron Hunters, Blade now faces a turning point in his destiny.

• Ultimate – Fornax Ex Corpore: Deploys a Bounded Field, amplifying DMG against all enemies.
• Enhanced State: Unlocks a Sword Formation skill and a stronger Ultimate.
• Team Synergy: Allies inflict debuffs and build Charge for Blade, triggering automatic Skill use and Energy regeneration.

Players who obtain Blade can also claim his free Trailblaze Outfit, Karmic Fire of the Distant Shore.
