Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has announced the Anniversary Expansion Pack for SUPER ROBOT WARS Y, releasing on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
This celebratory DLC commemorates both the franchiseโs 20 million copies sold milestone and its 35th anniversary.
The pack includes:
- 33 new area missions
- 12 new weapons
- 5 playable units
- 1 new assist crew member
- Bonus Mission: Anniversary Expansion Purchase Bonus
Free Update ver. 1.4.0 Launches August 4
Ahead of the DLC, the ver. 1.4.0 update rolls out with:
- Commemorative Missions: CONGRATULATION 20000000! and CONGRATULATION 35th!
- New BOOST Mode: Double EXP, Credits, and MXP, with reduced costs for training and modifications.
- Level Cap Increase: Pilot level cap raised from 150 to 200.
- Stability Improvements: Enhanced performance across platforms.
