Rose Belmont Takes Center Stage
Developed jointly by KONAMI, Evil Empire, and Motion Twin, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is an exploration-focused 2D action game set in Paris, France, in 1499, taking place 23 years after the events of Castlevania III.
Players assume the role of Rose Belmont, daughter of the legendary vampire hunter Trevor Belmont, as she journeys through the burning streets of Paris and Dracula’s Castle in an effort to eliminate monstrous threats looming over the city. Armed with the iconic Vampire Killer whip alongside an arsenal of weapons and abilities, Rose faces a dangerous quest to save the city from eternal darkness.
