Garena has officially launched Monster Hunter Outlanders, a new survival hunting action RPG for mobile devices developed by TiMi Studio Group under the supervision of Capcom. The game is now available on both the App Store and Google Play Store, bringing a fresh Monster Hunter experience designed specifically for mobile players.
Monster Hunter Outlanders takes players to the mysterious world of Aesoland, where they can embark on story-driven adventures, hunt monsters in Free Hunt Mode, and compete against other players in Arena matches where all participants battle with equalized stats.
Launch Rewards Include Up to 400 Recruitment Tickets
To celebrate the game’s launch, Garena is rolling out a series of seasonal events that reward players with valuable in-game items. Players can earn up to 400 Recruitment Tickets, along with SSR Adventurer Pyro, SSR Adventurer Luka, SSR Buddy Kojiro, and other rewards simply by participating in launch activities.
A special event featuring the new Adventurer Midori is also available, providing players with additional opportunities to earn exclusive rewards.
New Monsters and an Original Elder Dragon Await
One of the game’s major highlights is Ruger Aidal, an original Elder Dragon created specifically for Monster Hunter Outlanders. The creature radiates a sun-like brilliance and serves as one of the central threats players will encounter throughout their journey in Aesoland.
Players will also encounter Radiant Species, unique variants that have mutated due to the island’s environmental conditions, introducing new mechanics and challenges to hunts.
Charge Blade Makes Its Debut
Monster Hunter Outlanders launches with seven previously announced weapon types, including the Great Sword, Long Sword, Dual Blades, Hammer, Lance, Heavy Bowgun, and Bow. Joining them is the newly revealed Charge Blade, a versatile weapon that allows hunters to switch between Sword Mode and Axe Mode depending on the situation.
According to the developers, additional weapon types will be introduced in future updates.
Hunt Solo or Team Up With Friends
Players can tackle the game alone or form parties of up to four hunters to take on stronger monsters together. Cooperative play enables teams to coordinate attacks and utilize team-based skills to maximize damage output.
Accompanying hunters are three buddy types: Palico, Rutaco, and Trillan, each helping with exploration, hunting, crafting, and building activities throughout Aesoland.
Built for Mobile
Monster Hunter Outlanders has been optimized specifically for mobile devices, featuring touch controls tailored for easier hunting on smartphones and tablets. Selected controller functionality is also available at launch, including support for hunting, exploration, and quest-related activities.
The development team says it plans to continue improving controller support and expand compatibility in future updates.
Trailblazer Guild Event Now Live
Alongside the launch, Garena has also kicked off the Trailblazer Guild Event, running until November 30. Players can invite friends, form guilds, level up together, and unlock server-wide rewards including exclusive titles and stickers when community progression goals are met.
