Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has announced that the demo for Super Robot Wars Y is now available on PS5 and Nintendo Switch.

Players can now dive into Chapter 1 of the game, with progress and completion bonuses carrying over to the full game at launch. The demo also features an exclusive look at a brand-new robot with fresh animations.

The Dynazenon prototype was hijacked by a microscopic kaiju, smaller than the eye can see. It does not possess the ability to separate, nor to reconfigure its components into Dynarex. The Kaiju Club uses Instance Domination to control the entire unit through the kaiju. 

Super Robot Wars Y will be released on August 28, 2025, for PS5, Switch, and PC via Steam.
