Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has officially announced the Season 3 Character Pass for TEKKEN 8, bringing new fighters into the playable roster.

Tekken 8 Season 3 – New Characters

Three new characters have been confirmed: Kunimitsu, Bob, and Roger Jr. One final unannounced character will arrive in Winter, along with a new stage.

Season 3 Roadmap

Players who purchase the TEKKEN 8 Season 3 Pass will now enjoy an extended 120-hour Early Access period, a significant increase from the 72 hours offered in Seasons 1 and 2. This longer window gives fans more time to explore the new fighters and additional content in detail.

On top of that, buyers will instantly receive the exclusive “Aurora Outfit Pack”, a limited-edition customization item available for all characters—including the newly introduced ones.

Bandai Namco has outlined the rollout schedule for Season 3 content:

• February 10 – Season 3 Pass officially goes on sale
• February 10 – March 17 – 2nd Anniversary Campaign
• From March 17 – Major update implementation
• From May 1 – Start of the 2026 competition season
• Spring 2026 – Release of Season 3’s first new character, Kunimitsu

Season 3 Major Update

A major update is tentatively planned to be released on March 17 and will contain the following:

• Release of battle balance adjustments and the “TEKKEN Dev Feedback Portal (β-version)”
• Improvements in online ranking resets and matching logic
• Addition of new functionality and improvements to existing functionality
• Release of new items to the TEKKEN FIGHT PASS and TEKKEN SHOP, and implementation of sales

Tekken World Tour 2026 Confirmed

The TEKKEN World Tour 2026 will officially begin with the Tokyo round, scheduled from May 1 to May 3, 2026, during EVO Japan 2026. The qualifying circuit will run through November 2026, setting the stage for an exciting competitive season.
