2K and Hangar 13 have officially announced Man of Honor, a new expansion for Mafia: The Old Country, revealed during Summer Game Fest 2026. The expansion launches August 14, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, and is now available to wishlist.

Two New Chapters in Enzo’s Story

Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, the Man of Honor expansion continues the rise of Enzo Favara, who has proven himself a dependable soldier of the Torrisi crime family since his initiation.

This time, Enzo and Cesare are tasked with assisting Ennio Salieri, recently released from prison and determined to reclaim what’s his. Fans of Mafia: Definitive Edition will recognize Salieri as the future Don of the Salieri crime family and one of the franchise’s most iconic figures.

At Salieri’s side, Enzo is pulled deeper into the dangerous underworld of the Valle Dorata, where loyalty is fragile, debts demand payment, and every decision carries consequences.

The expansion includes:
