Garena and Kadokawa have officially unveiled Free Fire Daybreak, the anime adaptation of the global mobile hit Free Fire.
Co‑produced by both companies, the series will premiere in Spring 2027, streaming worldwide including Japan.
Story and Setting
Set in the futuristic metropolis of New Dawn, the anime follows Kelly, a 16‑year‑old who awakens with no memory of her past. Entangled in Horizon Corporation’s mysterious Project Bloom, she discovers “Limit Break,” a power capable of unlocking anything sealed away. Joined by allies Hayato and Moco, Kelly must uncover the conspiracy threatening the city’s future.
