Square Enix Presents E3 2021 Recap features Guardians of the Galaxy, Babylon’s Fall, and much more
Building upon what was announced back in March, the Summer Showcase for E3 hypes upcoming titles as well as follow ups from what was last announced. There were some new titles to showcase including Eidos Montreal’s new Marvel IP — Guardians of the Galaxy — that also revealed a launch date that’s dropping very soon.
Platinum Games’ Babylon’s Fall also makes a debut on Square Enix Presents, last unveiled at a previous showcase. Finally, the leaked Team Ninja and Square Enix collaboration now entitled as Strangers of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin rounds off all the big new releases.
Besides mobile game reveals as well as deep dives into Life is Strange True Colors and the upcoming War for Wakanda expansion for Marvel’s Avengers (coming to you free of charge), Square Enix Presents Summer Showcase was a little underwhelming with it lacking a “one more thing” announcement and no new Final Fantasy XVI or Final Fantasy 7 Remake 2 update.
So with that, here’s our recap for this year’s E3 reveals:
