We’re a month away from the latest Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla expansion and Ubisoft has released a deep-dive video showcasing the world and what to expect when it goes live on March 10, 2022.

Players will get to control Odin on the search for his son Baldr, and will feature a brand-new storyline filled to the brim with new abilities, new weapons, and roughly around 35 hours of content.

Odin is equipped with the mythical bracer “Hugr-Rip” that allows him to acquire up to 2 abilities at a time from enemies, unlocking exciting gameplay possibilities. Some examples are the Power of the Raven, which transforms Odin into a raven that can fly over the land, or even the Power of Muspelheim, which allows Odin to traverse lava without taking damage.

A new weapon class will also be introduced in the expansion – the Viking Atgeir, along with the addition of the Valkyrie Trials, allowing players to take the fight against a surge of enemies that will yield great rewards.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn Of Ragnarok is coming to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC on March 10, 2022.
