In line with the various announcements being postponed, the new seasons for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Warzone, and Mobile will be delayed until further notice.

None other than the official Call of Duty Twitter account has posted this update as a sign of solidarity with the recent events in the United States, particularly that of the death of George Floyd.

No news when the content will be rolled out to the players, but for now, “it’s time for those speaking up for equality, justice and change to be seen and heard.”

This was not the only recent game related delay, as Sony has also pushed back on their PS5 event initially scheduled for June 4 as well due to the same reason.
