In what could be somewhat of a shock, or a treat depending on who you ask, the Italian Senate got quite the rude awakening as somehow, a videobomber (is that even a term?) managed to invade the senate Zoom meeting and proceeded to show Final Fantasy VII Icon Tifa Lockhart in compromising positions for an extended period of time. I believe the proper term for it is “getting banged”.

The video, which we will not show for obvious reasons, was broadcast just before Physics Nobel Prize winner Giorgio Parisi was about to be introduced. As you can imagine, the next 30 seconds were some of the most awkward moments you’ll ever see, as the technical team handling the meeting scrambled to fix the situation.

Before they managed to get things under control, the hijacker by the name of Alex Spence was apparently able to slip in another video, this time of Xiangling from Genshin Impact. The Italian Senate may want to take action on this one, but some will probably consider one “Alex Spence” a hero.

The full video of the Senate proceedings has been uploaded, but the unfortunate parts showing Final Fantasy VII’s Tifa Lockhart have already been edited out.
