The logo for a new Kingdom Hearts game was seemingly leaked yesterday and rumors swirled as to what type of game it would be. Guess no further as Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory is officially announced and it is…

A rhythm based auto-runner.

Or at least that’s what it looks to be based on this trailer from the official Square Enix Youtube Channel:

Twitter user Nibel has spilled the beans on this one and has also posted some screenshots which can also be seen from the official Japanese website:

The game is also said to have “a massive catalog of over 140 songs, including Kingdom Hearts series music, Disney music, and more.”

This is all we have in the mean time and we’ll wait to see the official announcement from Square Enix soon!
