Valve has announced that the Steam Deck is now expanding to more regions and has partnered up with Komodo to bring the much-anticipated device to Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea.

Reservations are ongoing right now through the Komodo Site and successfully placed reservations will get to enjoy the device starting later this year. The current pricing is as follows for the base model:

• ¥59,800 in Japan
• NT$13,380 in Taiwan
• HK$3,288 in Hong Kong
• ₩ 589,000 in Korea

The Komodo reservation queue is a separate list from the NA / UK / EU regions, so any reservations made in this new list are in no way affected by those Western regions.

Fans in Japan will get first dibs at seeing the Steam Deck in action at the Tokyo Game Show in September.
