Dota 2’s The International 11 Goes to Singapore in October

For the first time in the history of the tournament, The International 11 finally crosses borders and will be held in Singapore in October 2022.

During the finals of the ESL One Stockholm Major, which saw OG take the 3-1 win against TSM FTX, Valve made the announcement through a short video that will finally see what is arguably one of the biggest esports tournaments in the world make its way to Southeast Asia.

Valve has been teasing this announcement through a series of tweets showing pictures captured throughout various locations in the country, all leading up to this grand announcement, to the delight of Southeast Asian Dota 2 fans.

At the moment, details are scarce and the only thing we know is that it will happen in October 2022. Ticket prices and availability are unknown at the moment, so we’ll have to wait for more announcements from Valve regarding this one.
