The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Sequel Delayed To Spring 2023

One of the most anticipated games for the Nintendo Switch, The sequel to The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild, is delayed to Spring 2023.

The announcement was made via a video from series Producer Eiji Aonuma, extending apologies to the fans who were looking forward to the release of the game later this year. Aonuma continues to say that “in order to make this game’s experience something special, the entire development team is continuing to work diligently on this game, so please wait a while longer.”

Initially scheduled to release later this year, fans will have to wait a little bit longer for Nintendo’s masterpiece to appear on the Switch. The first game was released back in 2017, so this delay now means that the sequel will now release 6 years after.
