Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase Recap – Starfield! Halo Infinite Multiplayer! Forza Horizon 5!

One of the most anticipated shows of E3 2021 is done – The Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase. In this fantastic lineup, much of the highly anticipated titles have been announced including their respective release dates. Starfield, the much anticipated IP from Bethesda finally makes an appearance and Forza Horizon 5 gets a launch date of November 9th, making it one of the most anticipated first party title to launch this year.

No definite launch date has been announced for Halo Infinite yet, although during this Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase, a free to play multiplayer has been teased to whet the appetites of fans anticipating its release, which for now remains an ambiguous “Holiday”. While we also awaited the return of Craig, sadly, he is gone… but not forgotten.

Other highlights include the world premiere of Suikoden successor Eiyuden Chronicle and Arkane’s new IP Redfall. Finally release dates for anticipated games get a first look including Diablo 2 Resurrected and Psychonauts 2. Let’s not forget Annapurna’s new indie darling 12 Minutes releasing this August. Finally Hades gets a surprise drop for also an August release date.

Overall, The Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase was a fantastic show that gave us a taste of what’s to come in Xbox’s vibrant future.
