Cuphead officially announced for the PlayStation 4

Seems the leak was actually true. As confirmed by a special Summer Game Fest presentation hosted by Geoff Keighley, Cuphead is indeed headed for the PlayStation 4 and will be available TODAY on the PlayStation store, as also echoed on the PlayStation Blog.

You can view the whole Indie Studio presentation below:

Maja Moldenhauer, COO of Studio MDHR, gave an update on the upcoming DLC entitled ‘The Delicious Last Course’ and has said that at the moment, it is not yet ready for release due to the current prevailing conditions brought about by COVID-19. No specific date has been announced for the DLC but it will be available across all platforms on day one.

Cuphead was released back in September 2017 for the Xbox One and PC but eventually made its way to the Nintendo Switch in April 2019. It is a charming yet punishing game which was immediately beloved by the public and now it makes its way to the PlayStation 4.

Cuphead is available digitally on the PlayStation store starting today for the PlayStation 4.
