Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is set in the Arkham Universe, scheduled for 2022
After the initial announcement for their next game, Rocksteady drops the full reveal for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and if you’re looking to continue the story from the Arkham line of games (Arkham Asylum, City, and Knight), then this is the game you’re looking for.
Check out the official reveal trailer called “Alpha Target” below:
The game will feature an original story but will reference certain story points from the Arkham games and you’ll get to play as Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark.
The interesting part of the game is that it can either be a single player or online multiplayer affair, which means that it could be something like a “Games as a Service” model, but nothing official has been announced as of yet.
One more detail is that the game will be a next-gen exclusive title, so PlayStation 4 and Xbox One fans will be quite disappointed with this one.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is scheduled to release on 2022 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
