Silent Hill 4: The Room is now available for the PC

After ratings sightings over at the PEGI website earlier today, Silent Hill 4: The Room is now available for the PC via GOG.com for only $9.99 (around PHP500).

Konami has announced this through their social media channels and if you’re a fan of the game, this could be a good chance to jump back into the horror.

An overview of the game from the GOG website reads as follows:

A room full of nightmares…

Henry Townshend finds himself trapped in his apartment and the only escape is through a mysterious portal that leads to a horrifying alternate reality. With gruesome sights around every corner and his sanity being tested, he must find his way out of this nightmare. Enter The Room, a thrilling story in the most terrifying game series of all time.

– A riveting Silent Hill adventure with shocking plot twists

– Fend off new monsters, including ghosts that defy physical reality.

– Visual transitions between 1st and 3rd person gameplay modes – the first in the series.

– Explore new environments, including an otherworldly forest and grisly prison.

Just last week, a collection of Metal Gear and other Konami titles like Castlevania and Contra made their way to the PC as well, which gives the impressions that there may be more upcoming games from Konami making its way to the PC soon enough.
