Everything announced during the BlizzConline opening ceremony
The pandemic may have put a damper on event plans around the world, but BlizzConline went full virtual this year and have treated fans to quite the show, featuring new reveals and deep dives from their storied franchises.
In case you didn’t get to wake up early to catch the festivities, we’ve got everything here in one handy dandy compilation, so without further ado…
Diablo II: Resurrected
Hell never looked cooler as the highly acclaimed classic will be making its way back later this year. Diablo II Resurrected will be made available across all major platforms and will be a remaster that will recreate all 27 minutes of cutscenes from the original. Cross-save progression and shared stash will also be introduced.
Diablo IV Rogue Reveal
Joining the already revealed Barbarian, Sorceress, and Druid will be the Rogue, who apparently loves collecting ears. She employs various melee and ranged techniques that will be sure to make the hordes of hell tremble.
WoW Classic The Burning Crusade
It’s time to reopen the Dark Portal as one of the most memorable expansions is making a return to World of Warcraft Classic later this year.
WoW Shadowlands: Chains of Domination Update
Turns out the leak was true, and this time, players will soon meet The Jailer, explore a brand new zone in Korthia, and face off with none other than Sylvanas herself in a brand new raid called “Sanctum of Domination”
Blizzard Arcade Collection
The Blizzard Arcade Collection brings together 3 classic games such as The Lost Vikings, Rock N Roll Racing, and Blackthorne into 1 awesome retro package, which is now available for the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
Hearthstone Forged in the Barrens Expansion
Hearthstone fans can also look forward to a new expansion called Forged in the Barrens, which will introduce large-scale changes, hundreds of new cards, and bring thrilling new ways to play. A new mode called Hearthstone Mercenaries will also be introduced, which is an all-new single-player and competitive game mode that invites players to assemble and upgrade teams from among Azeroth’s mightiest heroes and villains and put them to the test in an everchanging series of engaging tactical battles.
