Stranger Things 4 is coming in hot and in anticipation of its Volume 1 release on May 27, Netflix has decided to drop a bomb and give everyone a preview of the first 8 minutes of the new season.

Season 4 will span 9 episodes, with 7 episodes airing on May 27 and the last 2 coming in a month later on July 1. It’ll be some of the scariest and darkest episodes of the series and even with only 9 episodes, the latest season will be over 5 hours longer than any previous season.

Horror fans will get a treat out of the latest season, as veteran actor Robert Englund will also be making an appearance on the show. Maya Hawke and Natalia Dyer couldn’t get enough of working with the renowned actor, and it’ll be interesting to see just how big of a role he will play in Season 4.
