Microsoft Bringing Xbox App to Samsung TVs, Console no Longer Required
Microsoft has officially announced that it will be bringing Xbox to Samsung 2022 Smart TVs via the Xbox App, allowing players to play games without a console.
Starting June 30, players can simply access the Xbox App from the Samsung Gaming Hub or Media Hub on supported TVs to start playing cloud-enabled games without the need for a console. The experience is said to be seamless and will be very similar to any other app on Smart TVs.
For Game Pass Ultimate members, this means that subscribers will be able to access hundreds of games in their library, and even titles like Fortnite without needing a subscription. Simply connect a Bluetooth-enabled controller, like the Xbox Controller or even the DualSense, and you’re all set.

With the latest Xbox being a hard find in certain markets, players will just need a supported Samsung TV that can run the Xbox App and they’re good to go!
