SEGA has announced that Sonic X Shadow Generations has sold over 1 million units worldwide.

The game contains a complete remaster of Sonic Generations, a greatest-hits collection of 3D and 2D Sonic stages with upgraded visuals and added bonus content, and Shadow Generations, a brand-new campaign starring Shadow the Hedgehog.
