• Honkai Star Rail Version 3.3, titled The Fall at Dawn’s Rise, launches May 21, introducing Hyacine and Cipher as new 5-star characters.

HoYoverse has announced that Honkai Star Rail Version 3.3, entitled “The Fall at Dawn’s Rise,” is launching on May 21.

The update will include two new playable characters — Hyacine and Cipher — and a wide array of limited-time events for all players.

Honkai Star Rail Version 3.3 New Characters

Hyacine

Hyacine, a new 5-star Wind character, joins the Trailblazer’s team in this new update. As the chief physician of the Twilight Courtyard, she has long cared for the Flame-Chasers, striving to heal every soul in need. Following the Path of Remembrance, Hyacine specializes in team-wide HP restoration and boosting survivability.

By summoning Little Ica, she provides continuous healing, while her Ultimate restores HP for all teammates and increases their Max HP. Additionally, Little Ica automatically heals allies when they take damage or sacrifice HP, and its attacks scale with the amount of healing performed.

Cipher

Cipher, a new 5-star Quantum character, joins the cast of playable characters. Following the Path of Nihility, Cipher targets the enemy with the highest Max HP, marking them to record all damage taken. She can switch targets mid-battle, enabling adaptive strategies.

When allies attack the marked enemy, Cipher performs follow-up attacks, and her Ultimate unleashes additional True DMG based on recorded damage.

Additionally, The Herta and Aglaea will return in the Version 3.3 warp event.
