Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has announced that the highly anticipated action RPG Code Vein II is now available on PS5 and Xbox Series, with the PC version arriving via Steam on January 30, 2026.
Alongside the launch, a brand-new trailer has been unveiled, teasing the protagonist’s grim fate and highlighting the emotional bonds between Revenants.
Code Vein II Demo and Review
Fans can also try out the character creator demo, which allows players to design their ideal hero and experiment with the in-game Photo Mode at MagMell. Created characters can be carried over into the full game, giving players a head start on their journey.

Our review says that “Code Vein II delivers a sequel that offers a bigger experience compared to the first, but a better experience may be subjective. Sporting upgraded visuals and a narrative that spans time periods, its deeper combat systems are the star of the show, offering Jails, Formae, and swappable Blood Codes that provide remarkable build diversity, with new weapon archetypes like Rune Blades and Twin Blades that are great options.”

A Dystopian World Awaits
Set in a near-future dystopia, CODE VEIN II continues the saga of Revenants, who are immortal, vampire-like beings who fight to survive after civilization collapses during the Resurgence. The sudden rise of the Luna Rapacis has driven Revenants into madness, leaving the world on the brink of ruin.
Players step into the role of a Revenant Hunter, tasked with saving humanity alongside a mysterious young girl. The adventure spans dangerous landscapes, powerful foes, and a journey 100 years into the past, blending exploration action with dramatic storytelling.
