Wolfenstein 3 Reportedly in the Works at Machine Games
In a nutshell
- Wolfenstein 3 is reportedly in development at Machine Games
- New multiplayer shooter inspired by Rainbow Six Siege is also in the works
- Indiana Jones game remains a priority, but Wolfenstein fans can expect more soon
According to reports from Windows Central and Kotaku, Machine Games is hard at work this year, with the studio busy with multiple titles, including a new Wolfenstein game.
Wolfenstein 3 Rumors Heat Up
According to reports, Wolfenstein 3 is “in the cards” at Machine Games, continuing the story of BJ Blazkowicz and the fight against the Nazi regime. The studio has long been expected to return to the franchise after the success of Wolfenstein: The New Order and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
While Bethesda has not officially confirmed the project, industry insiders suggest that Machine Games is looking to coincide it with the upcoming Wolfenstein Amazon TV show.

A Siege-Style Multiplayer Shooter
In addition to Wolfenstein 3, Machine Games is reportedly developing a multiplayer-focused shooter inspired by Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Siege, emphasizing team-based tactical gameplay.
This is not something that Machine Games usually handles, as they have traditionally focused on single-player narrative-driven experiences, so it would be interesting to see how this plays out.
