Ubisoft has officially launched Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition, a commemorative release that celebrates three decades of the iconic platformer. Available digitally today on Ubisoft+, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Ubisoft Store and Steam), the edition offers fans both nostalgia and brand-new surprises.

Developed by Digital Eclipse in collaboration with Ubisoft Montpellier, the collection includes five versions of the original 1995 classic: PlayStation, Atari Jaguar, MS-DOS, Game Boy Advance, and Game Boy Color. Players will once again journey through the Dream Forest and the chaotic Band Lands, rescuing Electoons and battling the villainous Mr. Dark.

What’s New in the Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition

Ubisoft is adding exciting new features, which include:

  • Playable SNES prototype – a never-before-seen version of Rayman.
  • 120 bonus levels from past level packs.
  • Reimagined soundtrack by composer Christophe Héral.
  • Enhanced gameplay options including a 60-second rewind, infinite lives, and invincibility.

Interactive Documentary for Fans

Beyond gameplay, the edition includes an exclusive interactive documentary. Fans can dive into over 50 minutes of brand-new interviews with the original developers, alongside never-before-seen concept art, sketches, and design documents that trace Rayman’s evolution from prototype to legend.

Physical Edition Coming Soon

While the digital edition is available now, Ubisoft confirmed that a physical release will arrive in select regions this June 2026.
