HoYoverse has announced that Honkai Star Rail Version 4.5, “To Roll the Stars in Astropolis,” is launching on August 26, 2026.
A New Chapter in Astropolis
Following the battle against Lord Ravager Asat Pramad, the Voracity plunges Planarcadia into crisis once more. To secure the strength needed to protect the world, the Trailblazer sets course for Astropolis, the crown jewel of the Interastral Peace Corporation. Beyond its role as a corporate stronghold, Astropolis doubles as a luxurious vacation hub for envoys, tycoons, and officials across the Pan‑Cosmic Trade System.
Robin • Summeretto Takes the Stage
Debuting as a 5‑star Wind character on the Path of Remembrance, Robin • Summeretto brings both flair and strategy. As head of the Oak Family, she investigates Gopher Wood’s legacy while dazzling fans with her new single Only by Chasing the Wind.
In combat, Robin buffs allies through her “Vibes” system, culminating in a Fever Pitch that amplifies team performance. Her Ultimate lets a teammate act immediately while regenerating Energy, making her a versatile support powerhouse.
Aventurine • Waveflair Rides the Surf
Arriving in the second half of Honkai Star Rail Version 4.5, Aventurine • Waveflair is a 5‑star Quantum character on the Path of Elation. While enjoying his Astropolis vacation, he secretly pursues traitors among the Ten Stonehearts.
His combat style channels his love for sports, attacking with beach volleyballs and surfing waves. By building Punchline and Fervor, Aventurine unleashes enhanced Elation Skills that deal massive multi‑target damage, scaling with team activity.
Honkai Star Rail Events, Reruns, and Collabs
Honkai Star Rail Version 4.5 introduces the Overdrive: Whirlwind Grand Prix racing event, the Minuscule Great Adventure stage challenges, and updates to Divergent Universe. Double‑drop events, new Trailblaze Fashion, and reruns for Hyacine and Ashveil round out the patch.
HoYoverse also announced collaborations with MOONDROP and teased a crossover with Zenless Zone Zero, bringing new products, events, and characters into the mix.
