Geek+Pop Philippine International Collectibles and Card Show returns for its third edition on October 17-18, 2026 at SPACE at One Ayala, Makati.
Geek+Pop holds a special place in local hobby culture as the first major card show in the Philippines, helping create a dedicated space for collectors, sellers, and players long before trading card conventions became a regular part of the country’s pop culture landscape.
Over 200 TCG Sellers Gather Under One Roof
At the heart of the event is a massive marketplace featuring more than 200 TCG sellers, offering trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, and hobby finds for enthusiasts of all kinds.
The event is co-presented by High Market Online, while sponsors Rich Prime and PlayAsia will showcase some of the hobby industry’s most recognizable brands and products. Rich Prime is set to feature properties including He-Man, Hot Wheels, Barbie, and Power Rangers, while PlayAsia will focus heavily on trading card games and related products.
Trading Card Games Take Center Stage
Geek+Pop continues its focus on competitive and casual card gaming through a lineup of tournaments featuring some of the hobby’s biggest names, including:
- Disney Lorcana
- Magic: The Gathering
- Pokémon Trading Card Game
- Riftbound
- And more
Visitors can also attend TCG unboxings and discussion panels covering game strategies, product releases, communities, and industry trends. Communities centered around Warhammer 40K, Pokémon GO, and Gundam Miniatures Tabletop will likewise be present throughout the event.
Relentless Assault Brings Fighting Game Action
Competitive gaming also makes an appearance with Relentless Assault, a dedicated fighting game tournament featuring several major titles. Competitors will battle it out in:
- Tekken 8
- Street Fighter 6
- Marvel Tokon Fighting Souls
- Granblue Fantasy Versus
- Super Smash Bros.
Players looking for a more casual experience can also enjoy the event’s free-to-play video game area, offering gaming opportunities without additional play fees.
A Spotlight on Filipino Creativity
This year’s event also places a strong emphasis on local creators through Geek+Pop Pinoy Creative, which highlights Filipino artists and creative communities. A dedicated Art Market will showcase original works from Pinoy artists, giving attendees the opportunity to discover and support local talent.
Families can also visit a dedicated kids’ art area, where younger attendees can explore their creativity through drawing and artistic activities.
Stage Programs, Cosplay, and Special Guests
The Geek+Pop stage will host a variety of discussions and creative showcases featuring notable personalities and organizations. Featured sessions include filmmaker Treb Monteras, cosplay photographer Jay Tablante, Bigkas Pilipinas’ Art Fight segment, and a discussion on Filipino myths and urban legends presented by Pinoy Speculative Fiction.
The event will also feature an Open Stage Hour, allowing selected performers to showcase their talents before the Geek+Pop audience.
Meanwhile, the Geek+Pop Cosplay Photo Battle returns alongside a special exhibit showcasing previous winners and Top 10 finalists, celebrating the growing cosplay photography community.
Adding to the festivities, former members of MNL48 will make a special appearance for a fan handshake event during the weekend.
