SEGA has officially announced that the demo for Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties will launch starting later today, giving fans their first hands-on experience.

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties Demo Release Date

• PC players will be the first to try the demo starting January 21, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. PT / 10:00 a.m. ET. via Steam.
• Console players on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 will gain access on January 21 at 9:00 p.m. PT / January 22 at 12:00 a.m. ET.

The demo will feature select story segments and combat encounters from both games, allowing players to experience the refined visuals and updated mechanics of Yakuza Kiwami 3. Saved data will not be carried over to the full game.
