Uncharted: Legacy Of Thieves Collection Coming To PS5 In January 2022
Sony and Naughty Dog have announced that the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will be coming to the PlayStation 5 on January 28, 2022. No release date for the PC version has been announced, but we’ll hear more on that next year.
Fans of the series will be delighted to know that Nathan Drake and Chloe Frazer will be back in all of their remastered glory as the collection will bring together A Thief’s End and The Lost Legacy in one package but take note, only the single-player experience (no multiplayer) from these titles will be included.
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection PS5 Upgrades
The upcoming release will feature the following upgrades that will take advantage of the improved hardware of the PlayStation 5:
- Fidelity Mode – Native 4K with 30fps target framerate
- Performance Mode – 60fps target framerate
- Performance+ Mode – 1080p with 120fps target framerate
- Near-instant load times
- Spatial 3D Audio
- Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Trigger use
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection Pricing and Upgrades
The collection will be available both physically and digitally for the PlayStation 5 for $49.99 (around PHP2,500) and digital pre-orders are now available HERE.
If you’ve purchased any of the previous titles in the collection, there is a $10 (around PHP500) upgrade path that will be available starting January 28. However, if you claimed A Thief’s End via the PS Plus giveaway from before, the upgrade path will not be made available to you, similar to Final Fantasy VII Intergrade from earlier this year.
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will release on January 28, 2022 for the PlayStation 5 and on the PC at a later date.
