In what is surely a surprise announcement, Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed (again) to November 17.

The official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account had this to say about the delay:

CD Projekt Red are known to ship out quality games and while it was mentioned that Cyberpunk is “finished both content and gameplay-wise”, they still need to iron out a few kinks. As big of a world that the game has, this is surely understandable.

What is interesting now is that by being pushed back to November 19, it falls right beside the possible release dates of the next gen consoles, quite possibly making it a launch title to some extent. Will it be?

For now, we at least have Night City Wire on the 25th to look forward to.
