During the PlayStation 5 Showcase, a new 7 minute gameplay demo of Spider-Man: Miles Morales has been revealed, which highlights all the hardware advantages of the PlayStation 5, including showing off the moves and abilities of Miles.

Apart from the demo, it was also revealed that Spider-Man: Miles Morales will also be coming to the PlayStation 4, giving PS4 owners who don’t plan on going day one for the PS5 a chance to experience the game.

According to the PlayStation Blog, an “Ultimate Edition” is coming to the PS5 and it will include the remastered version of the PS4 Spider-Man game along with all DLC’s and will retail for $69.99 or around PHP3,500. It will not be a simple remaster, as “many of the game’s art assets have been completely updated to take advantage of the PS5 console’s horsepower”.

As expected, none of the PS5 features like raytracing and fast loading will be available on the PS4.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be a launch title for the PlayStation 5 come November 12 or 19, depending on where you are located.
