CD Projekt Red has confirmed that the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Cyberpunk 2077 will feature full cross-progression with other platforms.

Cyberpunk 2077 Cross-progress and Other Details

In a response to player inquiries, as well as being confirmed by CDPR Online Services lead Leszek Krupiński, players won’t need to repeat their progress because the game will feature full cross-progression, allowing players to pick up right where they left off.

This is an extremely convenient and consumer-friendly feature, especially for such a massive title that may be intimidating to start over again.

Additionally, the performance targets of the Switch 2 version of Cyberpunk 2077 have also been revealed. CDPR confirms that while they are still improving the game, they are targeting “1080p docked and 720p in handheld mode, with 30-40 FPS.”

The physical Switch 2 version of Cyberpunk 2077 will also be a 64GB cartridge that contains the full experience and the expansion and does not require a download.
