Square Enix has revealed the gameplay trailer for NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 during The Game Awards 2020. The new trailer showcased the protagonist slashing through enemy Shades across different battlefields.

The gameplay trailer gives an exciting look at the prequel to NieR: Automata and is scheduled to release on April 22, 2021.
