The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is getting free DLC inspired by the Netflix Series
Over the weekend, the first ever Witchercon, a virtual event celebrating all things Witcher-related, was held to the delight of fans. Amidst all the announcements, CD Projekt Red have confirmed that its next-gen update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will still be coming later this year, and will also include free DLC’s inspired by the hit Netflix series.
Details will be coming soon, but fans looking forward to this new DLC will be happy to know that all platforms will be receiving the DLC, including its recent release on the Nintendo Switch, as confirmed by CDPR. The next-gen update will be specific to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, and will be a free upgrade for owners of the game.
Safe guesses for the DLC would include a Henry Cavill skin for Geralt, and maybe other similar items, but for now your guess is as good as mine.
