Marvel is continuing its onslaught in both cinema and video games as a new partnership with Skydance New Media will see an upcoming project that will be a “narrative-driven, blockbuster action-adventure game, featuring a completely original story and take on the Marvel Universe.”

Skydance New Media is helmed by none other than Amy Hennig, formerly a writer and creative director for Uncharted 1 to 3, and will be their first AAA venture. If the recent Guardians of the Galaxy story-driven game is any indication of how good a Marvel property can be with the right ingredients, this could be something to look out for.

Apart from this announcement, there is very little we know about the project – No word on who or what group the game will feature and also no word on platforms and release date.
